Apparel & Made-to-Order Products
Most of our apparel products are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference-related reasons
- Orders placed by mistake
We strongly recommend reviewing:
- Product descriptions
- Sizing charts
- Color and variant selections
before completing your purchase.
Non-Apparel Items
For eligible non-apparel products, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the item condition and issue reported.
Items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be reported within the allowed timeframe
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Once an order enters production or shipping preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
